The people who’ve lived it.

The people best equipped to solve Payment Integrity challenges are the ones who’ve shaped the industry from the inside.

Built from the inside out.

We transform healthcare payment accuracy, cost optimization, and claim processing efficiency by leading journeys for clients that unlock incremental value and create lasting impact.

Our team has worked for and with the nation’s largest payers, providers, and payment integrity partners, and understands the motivations and business drivers of these stakeholders like no one else.

What drives us.

Trust.

We tell you what you need to hear — not what you want to hear. Objectivity isn’t a talking point for us. It’s how we operate.

Clarity.

Payment Integrity is complex. We make it understandable. Our framework and common taxonomy cut through the noise so you can make decisions with confidence.

Focus.

We don't boil the ocean. We identify what matters, build momentum, and drive transformation. Every engagement moves you forward.

We figure it out.

Complex problems require resourceful people. That's who we hire and how we work. The people in the room are the people doing the work.

Why 13point1?

A half marathon. An attainable goal — but it doesn't happen without a plan.

It takes 8 to 16 weeks of focused, disciplined training — and the commitment to that process is what transforms you. You're never too far behind to start, and you can always get better. That's how we think about the work we do.
